Nurtured Heart Parent Coaching
Parent coaching is brief, solution-focused intervention that allows you as a parent to learn and apply the Nurtured Heart Approach with your intense child / adolescent in the privacy of your own home. It is a seven hour intervention broken into 6 sessions. The first session consists of a 30 minute intake. The second session consists of a 30 minute observation.
Then the magic of transformation happens. The next six sessions (60 minutes) are interactive and hands-on learning of the Nurtured Heart Approach, where you are and when you need it. If your intense child has difficulty with morning routine, then I’ll be there in the morning. If it’s bedtime, then I’ll be there at night. If it’s a trip to Target, then we’re going to Target. The beauty of parent coaching is that YOU become the expert in a very short time.

Not in the Portland area? No Problem! The beauty of the Nurtured Heart Approach is that it can be taught over the phone. Individual and Phone Coaching sessions are available for $125.00 / hour.
